Adult Education
Our mission at the Andover Educational Fund (AEF) is “to successfully assist all Andover, Maine
students, regardless of their financial need or educational success, with equal access to funding to further their education, in a field of their choice, in an educational setting of their choice.” To that end, residents of Andover, ME aged 25 and older are invited to apply for funding to support career-related course work. If you are under the age of 25, please explore the more generous scholarships aimed at traditional-aged student at www.andoveredfund.org.
Note that the term ‘Andover Educational Fund’ or ‘AEF’ refers to both the organization and its Board Members. These individuals are residents of Andover, and your neighbors, who volunteer their time and attention for the benefit of the town. If you need help with this application, or you have already received a grant and would like to talk to someone to identify strategies to succeed in your program, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for help.
Note: This is a brief overview. Please refer to the AEF Adult Education Policy for more detailed
